License Agreement

You must accept the following license agreement before installing or using this software.

This computer software is licensed, not sold. You are hereby licensed to install this software on a single computer for the purpose of evaluation. You may evaluate this software free of charge for a period of 60 days or 100 uses, whichever is the longer. From time to time, the software will display the evaluation time remaining.

On expiry of the evaluation period, you are required to obtain a unique license key, by paying to appropriate license fee. Paying the license fee entitles you to continued use of the program beyond the evaluation period and to install the software on any number of computers for your own personal use. It is not permitted to share this software or details of your license key with any other person.

Instructions for obtaining a license key can be displayed by clicking on the Register Now… button in any of the registration reminder screens or from the About box.

Support and enhancement of this software depends on users registering. It is unlikely that the software will be well supported or enhanced if few people register.

The author retains title in all copyright. The author reserves the right to revise registration fees at any time and to cease distribution and support of the software at any time and without obligation.

The author makes no warranties of any kind (either expressed or implied). The author disclaims all warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The author shall be held blameless for any and all damage, howsoever caused, arising from the use of this software, including (but not limited to) data loss, incorrect operation and physical damage to equipment.

By installing this software, you indicate your agreement to the terms of this license agreement in its entirety. You also agree to keep any license keys issued in association with this software confidential and not to redistribute it to any third party in any way, shape or form, without the express written permission of the author.

Giving away copies of the software is permitted and encouraged, provided that it is redistributed in its original, unaltered form and includes the text of this license agreement in full.
