Software-y-Ddraig provides a technical support web site where customers may report problems, request new features or send product feedback. Anonymous users may read the content but you will need to create an account before you can log on to the support pages.

Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy

Customer information entered into the support web site may be used by Software-y-Ddraig and/or TiGra Networks for troubleshooting technical problems and for sales and marketing purposes. Personally identifiable information is confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties without the user's consent. Information that is not personally identifiable may be used for other purposes and/or shared with third parties. The support forums are publicly-accessible web sites and anyone may read any content posted there.

This support area is intended for Software-y-Ddraig customers who are owners of registered SyD products (including free software for which there is no registration fee). Currently, anyone may create an account and log in to the site, but SyD reserves the right to revoke public access in the future.

SyD reserves the right to suspend or terminate this service at any time without notice and at our sole discretion.
